The 2027 Chevy Silverado is quite the looker, but it’s a pair of available V-8 engines that steals the show.

Two new V-8s join the Silverado ranks for 2027, measuring 5.7 and 6.6 liters.

The 5.7 makes 402 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque, and it’s available in models like the Trail Boss seen here.

Upgrading to the 6.6-liter requires other trims, and it’s a costly upgrade, but its total output is a spicy 481 horsepower and 501 pound-feet of torque.
